“QRM were commissioned in December 2001 to take over the Best Value Review which had initially centred on domiciliary care and community meals.

Because of restructuring and a change in the way in which this Authority was planning its Best Value Reviews, QRM were asked to take on the Review and extend it to the whole of Older Persons services. This they did, adopting the Council’s Toolkit and working as far as possible within the timescales that were set. Those timescales were elongated for no reason other than the professional advice QRM gave us to take a little more time and make sure that the qualitative and quantitative data supplied by them in the process of the Review was as up to date as possible.

I have been very impressed with their co-operation, their personal support to me during the arduous task of completing such a huge Review and the quality and sheer professionalism of their advice and final product.”
