QRM carried out a comprehensive review of cost and quality for Wigan Social Services Children and Families Department.

from you on our Children and Families services in Wigan. There is a huge
amount of information and analysis for us to use both in our ordinary
planning and service design, but also within the remaining Best Value
Reviews that centre on Children’s Services.
Obviously the main document is quite weighty - and then there is the
technical document - and I want to begin to use the information to
influence our commissioning. Also, people are trying to wrestle the one copy we have from my team!
