Commendation from North East Lincolnshire Council

QRM were asked by North East Lincolnshire Council to provide training on the practical use of EFQM in Social Services.

“QRM’s work with us has helped staff to understand the self-assessment process by using simple documentation. The delivery was directed at all levels and used terminology and material familiar to the managers. One comment was “it made sense of the theoretical information previously given”. All in all a satisfying exercise.”
